<p>The M.I. Community Bus Society advises w<span>e need to replace the existing bus. </span><span>We looked into acquiring an electric bus but it seems that their time has not yet come from a cost as well as a driving range perspective.</span></p>

<p><span>We applied to the Rural Transit Solutions Fund on March 4 with MIALS as a sponsor organization and we are looking into other grants as well.</span></p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Grant In Aid application form submitted via the SGI Neighbourhood House to cover the costs of surveying the park to locate where the accessibility enhancements will be located. This grant was eventually awarded by Paul Brent, our CRD Representative. The M.I. Collective had earmarked $2500 on January 9th, 2025 in case this grant did not come through.</p>
