  What are the greatest challenges for living on Mayne Island?

  Living on Mayne Island is a unique experience. We are blessed with beautiful and bountiful nature, a great community, and can largely feel removed from the chaos of the rest of the world. However, there are trade-offs that can make living on Mayne difficult. Aging in place can be a challenge with lack of healthcare, and students have to take the ferry to get to school. Not to mention the cost of living!

  What are the greatest challenges for you for living on Mayne Island? And what can we do to help?
